Enjoyed the spacious Two-Bedroom Suite with a full kitchen, perfect for family gatherings during our holiday stay. Having a real fireplace added a cozy touch, although we couldn't use it due to the heat from the oven. Hotel staff promptly provided extra chairs when requested, making our dining experience more comfortable. The variety of options at the morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise. However, room #211 had a strong cigarette odor which detracted from the experience. Also, the hot tub wasn't functioning properly during our stay, which was disappointing after a long day of family activities.

My stay was quite lovely! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, especially Melissa at the front desk, who made us feel welcome. I enjoyed the spacious one-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, perfect for my needs. The breakfast was a delightful spread too, offering a variety of options.
Breakfast selection could improve.

The spacious King Studio with Sofa Bed offered a large sleeping area that felt comfortable for our family. The thick towels in the bathroom provided a nice upgrade from the usual thin options.
Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our first room broke, requiring us to quickly switch rooms. The pool felt cold, and the hot tub wasn't operational at all during our stay. Breakfast options were limited, especially for kids, consisting mainly of pre-packaged items that didn’t quite cut it.

great access to museums and dining options nearby
I loved how quiet my room was, and the hotel is only a short walk to the Lakeview Museum of Arts & Sciences, which is perfect for art lovers like me who enjoy city strolls and exploring, while options like Gloria Jean's Coffee and Smo-King Pit are just around the corner for a quick bite and coffee break during my adventures around town.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our first room broke, which required a quick relocation to another room. The pool was disappointingly cold, and the hot tub wasn't operational during our stay. Additionally, I found the breakfast options rather limited, especially for my kids, which made mornings a bit challenging.

I had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and a great breakfast spread! However, the bleach smell in my room was pretty overwhelming. I would return if I could confirm a fresh room.

The saltwater pool was a delightful feature for unwinding after long days, and having an outdoor space with a gas firepit added a cozy touch. However, the furniture showed signs of age and wear, with noticeable holes in the upholstery. Noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep soundly, detracting from the comfort of an otherwise spacious suite. A lingering bleach smell in the room upon arrival was particularly off-putting and required some ventilation to resolve.
